Questions sellers ask
Can I sell the designs on Etsy and other marketplaces?
Yes. The designs you make in the studio are yours to sell. You are responsible for the content you add: use photos, song recordings and texts that you or your customer have the right to use, and avoid trademarks and song lyrics you have no licence for.
Do I need an account?
You can try the studio without one. To keep your designs, use templates and download files, create a free account — it takes an e-mail address and a password.
Will my customers see your brand?
No. Files have no watermark once paid for, and printed orders go out in plain packaging without our name or prices.
Which countries do you ship to?
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and a number of other countries, with tracking. The full list is shown at checkout.
